We are seeking an experienced Director of HR Technology to join our senior leadership team in Bengaluru, India. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technical strategy and driving innovation.
- 15+ years of experience in software development with leadership experience, preferably in AWS cloud architecture and SaaS platform integration
- Hands-on knowledge of HR systems such as Workday, Dayforce, etc.
- Proficiency in programming on Python or C# and understanding of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
- A strong grasp of HR workflows and compliance frameworks, including employment laws and regulations
