Key Responsibilities:

3. Policy Development: Create and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
4. Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred candidates will have experience in ecommerce or logistics, but this is not a requirement.
