Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to drive strategic growth and employee engagement across our organization.

This is a key leadership role that will work closely with senior operations leaders to develop and implement business strategies that impact the company's overall success.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in human resources, with a proven track record of driving team growth, well-being, and operational rigor.

  • Provide vision, leadership, planning, and guidance for the development, implementation, and management of an effective employee lifecycle.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of employee processes.
  • Drive the continuing development of the team and integrate HR functions to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement short- and long-term human resources strategies that drive business growth and employee engagement.
  • Implement employee engagement programs and survey process to measure effectiveness.
  • Manage employee compensation, benefits, and reward programs to ensure consistency.
  • Serve as a mentor, coach, thought leader, and functional expert to senior management.
  • Develop and implement consistent HR management and development strategies, including policy/practices, performance management, compensation, goal setting, diversity, and inclusion, and employee relations.
About You

We're looking for a candidate with 12+ years of relevant HRBP experience in third-party business process services companies. ITES/BPO industry experience is essential.

You should have a proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced, customer-centric environments and demonstrate expertise in HR generalist responsibilities.

  • Experience leading high-performing teams in dynamic environments.
  • Proven ability to identify and solve complex problems through systems implementation based on industry best practices.
  • MBA/PG degree (preferred).
