Job Title: Strategic HR Leader

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR professional to lead our team in Bengaluru.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

A degree in Human Resources or a related field

A minimum of 8 years of experience in Human Resources

Proven track record of strategic planning and execution

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field mandatory

Experience in Recruitment & Talent Management required
