Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources leader to join our organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

You will also oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring seamless transitions into new roles. Additionally, you will implement and execute HR policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with employment laws and regulations.

In this role, you will handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management. You will maintain and update employee records and HR databases, providing accurate and timely information.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels. You will conduct training programs on various HR-related topics, supporting the growth and development of our team members.

Key Responsibilities:
