Human Resources Leadership Role

We are seeking a strategic Human Resources leader to drive our organization's human resources practices and processes. Key responsibilities include job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and talent management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and goals.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands and grievances in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Manage the recruitment process and select top talent through effective sourcing and interviewing techniques.
  • Sustain a positive working environment through effective HR practices and policies.
  • Oversee performance appraisals and maintain pay plans that reward excellence and fairness.
  • Assess training needs and monitor training programs to ensure maximum impact and ROI.
  • Ensure legal compliance in human resource management and stay up-to-date on changing regulations and laws.
Requirements & Skills:
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or equivalent, with a strong track record of success.
  • Results-driven and people-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and systems, including payroll, benefits, and performance management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR Best Practices, with a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will be able to architect strategy, build relationships, and drive results in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
