We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Manager to join our team.
About the Role:- This is a senior role that requires a high level of expertise in relationship management and business development.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for growing liabilities & investment business from branch/retail customers, identifying current and potential relationships with additional revenue potential, and increasing CASA balance in allocated portfolio through deepening or acquisition.
- The role also involves driving higher product and channel penetration to deepen mapped relationships and increase customer relationship value with the bank.
- Develop and manage relationships with existing and new clients to drive sales growth and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Analyze financial needs of customers and offer appropriate products with transparency.
- Drive revenue business to generate fee income through products like mutual funds, investments, and insurance.
- Ensure adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in relationship management and business development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business volumes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
