Job Title: Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Growth Manager to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales strategies and brand presence in assigned markets. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing business plans to achieve monthly and quarterly business goals.
  • Planning demand generation and fulfillment, monitoring actual sales, and making mid-course corrections as needed.
  • Auditing prescriptions for Abbott brands and competitors' brands.
  • Creating and updating customer lists with specified numbers of doctors, chemists, and traders.
  • Identifying potential towns, appointing distributors and customers, and maintaining business relationships.
  • Achieving monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly sales targets by promoting products ethically to customers.
  • Organizing camps, CMEs, and product launches as per division strategy and customer needs.

Your success will be measured by your ability to cover 100% of doctors, meet minimum KPIs, and collect market intelligence.
