Job Title: Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and increasing sales pipeline through the identification and qualification of new staffing sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new client accounts for IT staffing businesses in the US.
  • Interact with clients on a daily basis to identify staffing opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the US IT recruitment team.
  • Be accountable for revenue targets and client relationship management.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong understanding of IT and software skills and technologies.

Aggressive and target-oriented approach to business development.

Minimum 10 years of experience in US IT staffing - sales.

Any degree with a Master's in MBA preferred.
