Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Sales and Business Development Lead. This role is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth for our clients in India and globally.

Affle is a global technology company with a proprietary consumer intelligence platform that delivers consumer engagement, acquisitions, and transactions through relevant mobile advertising. Our platform enhances returns on marketing investment through contextual mobile ads and reduces digital ad fraud.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of consistently meeting monthly quotas and a strong ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executives and C-suite leaders. They will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and targeting ideal client bases, actively seeking new business opportunities both in India and globally.
  • Engaging prospects through cold calls, emails, social messaging, and video outreach to secure meetings.
  • Assessing client needs and recommending relevant products/services.
  • Preparing presentations and proposals, organizing product demos, and delivering compelling presentations to potential clients.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Up to 3 years of sales experience in the Ad-tech domain, catering to domestic and international markets.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree; preference given to candidates with a post-graduate or professional degree in Management or Communication.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of the Ad-tech market is a plus.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is ₹12 lakhs - ₹18 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
