Business Development Lead

About the Role
">- We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Lead to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and pitching BigBrandCo's lead generation and sales consultancy solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Outreach: Identify and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and networking.
- Client Engagement: Set up meetings with prospective clients and present BigBrandCo's lead generation and sales services.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored proposals and presentations for clients.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities in the B2B lead generation and sales consultancy space.
- Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of leads, client interactions, and sales activity in CRM systems.
Requirements:
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in business development, sales, or a related field (preferably in B2B marketing or lead generation).
- Candidates Must: Possess strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bonus Point: Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, and CRM tools is a plus.
- Traits We Look For: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Additional Requirements: Proficiency in CRM tools and lead generation platforms is advantageous.
- Degree Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Salary Range:
$50,000 - $70,000 per annum based on performance and experience.
