Job Title: Senior Office Coordinator
Job DescriptionThis is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced office coordinator to join our team. As a senior member of the executive support team, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our Director.
Your primary focus will be on managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing reports and presentations. You will also handle communication, correspondence, and confidential information with discretion.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to support executive operations. You will be responsible for organizing office records, managing inventory, and overseeing administrative tasks.
You will also take meeting minutes, track follow-ups, and ensure timely task completion. Additionally, you will support event planning and act as a liaison between executives and teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in real estate, infrastructure, or corporate environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
