Logistics companies seeking to expand their reach and boost sales need skilled professionals who can connect with potential clients, promote their services, and build lasting relationships. At our organization, we're looking for a seasoned Cold Calling Specialist to join our logistics team.
">- Pursue new business opportunities through targeted cold calls to prospective logistics clients in English and Spanish.
- Effectively communicate the value of our logistics solutions to generate high-quality leads and drive revenue growth.
- Maintain strong client relationships through timely follow-ups, accurate documentation, and seamless onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets while providing exceptional customer service.
We're seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in cold calling, telesales, or business development, preferably in the logistics industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and persuasion skills, be fluent in both Spanish and English, and have a strong understanding of CRM tools and call tracking systems.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, West Bengal, with US business hours (Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST). A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional qualifications in sales or logistics are a plus.
