Job Title: Outreach and Admissions Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead outreach initiatives and admissions processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, managing agent relationships, and driving student enrolments.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in education outreach, B2B recruitment, or school admissions, along with a strong network of local agents and educators.

  • Strategic Outreach & Partnerships:
    • Lead outreach efforts across multiple regions
    • Build and maintain strong networks with school recruitment agencies, admission agents, principals, and counsellors
    • Establish long-term partnerships for sustained student growth
  • Enrolment Growth & Agent Management:
    • Drive high-volume student enrolments through established contacts
    • Onboard, manage, and retain local agents, consultancies, and school partners
    • Ensure consistent follow-ups to maintain partner engagement
  • Representation & Networking:
    • Represent our organisation at education events, seminars, and regional meetings
    • Serve as the face of our organisation in assigned regions, ensuring credibility and visibility
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Track and monitor outreach performance using key performance indicators
    • Share data-backed insights with leadership to improve enrolment strategies
Key Qualifications:
  • 7-12 years of experience in education outreach, admissions, or B2B school/student recruitment
  • A well-established network with local agents, school admission counsellors, and recruitment agencies
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated success in achieving student enrolment and partnership targets
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup while managing fieldwork effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, data tracking, and reporting systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or related field
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
