Community Engagement SpecialistAbout the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Community Engagement Specialist to drive awareness and engagement for our initiatives across India.

This role involves building relationships, communication, and strategic outreach to expand our visibility in schools, colleges, education fairs, and relevant communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner Development: Build and maintain strong partnerships with school leaders, counselors, and academic heads to promote programs.
  • Event Representation: Represent us at career fairs, expos, workshops, webinars, and other relevant forums to position us as a top choice for business and tech education.
  • Regional Outreach: Execute region-specific outreach campaigns to attract the best talent from high schools across India.
  • Relationship Management: Manage and nurture relationships with various stakeholders – including parents, principals, education consultants, and partner organizations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • A Master's degree in Business, Marketing, PR, or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • 3–4 years of experience in community outreach, admissions, partnerships, education consulting, or stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
  • High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven
