
Head of Education Ecosystem Development

This is a high-visibility role that requires the ability to independently evaluate potential partners and channels from a product-fit perspective to ensure effective delivery of penetration and engagement for relevant products from the Adobe ecosystem.
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic partner ecosystem developer to lead the Education sector in India, with a focus on the K-12 segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing partnerships with various education solution providers including Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), Educational Publishers, ICT Solution Providers, Affordable Private School (APS) Chains, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), Education Labs Suppliers, Hardware Suppliers, and other education-focused organizations.
The key responsibilities of this role include developing and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy to expand Adobe's footprint in the Indian education sector, identifying and engaging with potential partners across various segments, negotiating and finalizing partnership agreements aligned with Adobe's strategic goals, collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful partner onboarding and enablement, driving joint go-to-market initiatives with partners to promote Adobe's education offerings, monitoring partner performance and ensuring alignment with business objectives, representing Adobe at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to build brand visibility and thought leadership, and providing regular reporting and insights on partnership performance and market trends.
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; MBA preferred. You should have 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel management, preferably in the education or technology sector. A strong understanding of the Indian education landscape and key stakeholders is essential. Experience working in the education sector and with partner types such as ISVs, Publishers, NGOs, APS, ICT players, Labs, and Hardware Suppliers is also necessary. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills are required. Strategic thinking and the ability to execute and deliver results in a fast-paced environment are also crucial.
