About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Architect to develop and implement our end-to-end data architecture strategy, ensuring our data foundation supports business growth and innovation.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and building scalable and secure enterprise data architecture, including data lakes, warehouses, and real-time streaming solutions. Additionally, they will develop, optimize, and maintain data pipelines (ETL/ELT) for structured and unstructured data across multiple systems.

The role involves creating and maintaining conceptual, logical, and physical data models to ensure consistency, reuse, and governance. The candidate will also be responsible for optimizing database performance (SQL/NoSQL) and implementing partitioning, indexing, and query tuning strategies.

Deploying and managing data solutions using cloud-native tools such as AWS Glue, Redshift, Azure Synapse, GCP BigQuery, etc., is also part of the job. Furthermore, the candidate will implement data security frameworks, including encryption, access control, GDPR, HIPAA compliance, etc.

The role requires staying current with emerging technologies, such as AI/ML data pipelines, graph databases, lakehouse platforms. It's an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead the development of a cutting-edge data ecosystem.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in data engineering/architecture roles with at least 3+ years as a Data Architect
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-scale, cloud-based data ecosystems
  • Relevant certifications preferred (AWS Certified Data Analytics, Google Professional Data Engineer, Azure Data Engineer Associate)
