  • Manage 150+ relationships with personalized attention, ensuring 95% retention through systematic engagement
  • Coordinate Teen Entrepreneur Club with global mentors from MIT/Stanford, overseeing student businesses generating real revenue

You'll be part of creating a new category in education, working with forward-thinking parents, building your personal brand in innovation, and enjoying flexible hours.

We Need Someone Who:

  • Has 8+ years in education WITH heavy parent interaction
  • Comes from IB/ICSE/CBSE school (admissions/counseling/coordination roles preferred)
  • Can handle premium parents with grace and build deep trust
  • Understands that holistic development needs systematic approach
