Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the finance & accounting department, including cash management, revenue recognition, general ledger, payroll, utilities, expense planning, budget preparation, assets reconciliation, and financial reporting.
  • Manage treasury operations, ensuring liquidity and optimizing financial resources.
  • Establish and enforce proper expense policies, coordinate annual audits, and maintain fiscal records.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance while driving business growth, collaborating with senior leadership on fundraising activities as needed.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience in accounting management, controller, or treasury roles.
  • Proven knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting principles, and standards, with expertise in digital payment processing.
  • Education: MBA Finance or BBA Finance.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, both internally and externally, with key stakeholders, bankers, and auditors.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, willingness to work in an early-stage company, and preference for financial services / payments industry background.
