Job Title: System Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced System Support Specialist to join our team in providing comprehensive support for FIS Quantum and Echos treasury management systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial systems, technical troubleshooting, and integration with Oracle Fusion Intercompany, General Ledger, and Cash Management.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing end-to-end support for FIS Quantum and Echos systems
  • Maintaining system integrity through static data maintenance
  • Troubleshooting, fixing, and authoring Enterprise Workflow Framework (EWF) in Quantum
  • Identifying and resolving interface issues with bank statements and cashflows
  • Configuring, troubleshooting, and fixing Cash Xplorer functionality
  • Supporting core treasury processes including In-House Banking, Cash forecasting, and Intercompany Settlement
  • Learning internal systems to provide comprehensive end-to-end support to users
  • Receiving, analyzing, and prioritizing related support tickets
  • Providing timely solutions to users
  • Documenting resolution steps and knowledge base articles
  • Supporting system upgrades and patches
  • Monitoring system performance and recommending improvements

Technical Operations:

  • Applying strong Oracle/SQL Server database expertise to maintain system performance
  • Authoring and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction and reporting
  • Applying working knowledge of the Quantum data model to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Working with Golden Gate and Datapipelines technologies for data integration
  • Supporting integration points between FIS systems and Oracle Fusion AGIS/GL modules
  • Utilizing FIS ticketing system to manage and track support requests

Governance & Compliance:

  • Maintaining SOPs, process documentation, and impact assessments for system updates
  • Assessing readiness for Quarterly Cloud Updates including regression testing to ensure business continuity
  • Ensuring financial data accuracy, SOX compliance, and internal control adherence
  • Participating in change management processes to minimize operational disruptions

Required Qualifications:
