  • Key qualifications include:
  • CA / BTech/MBA(Finance) from a Tier 1/2 institute with at least 4-7 years of post-qualification experience in treasury tech advisory/ finance tech / SAP practice with mastery in Treasury Management System (TMS/ TRM).
  • A strong understanding of treasury policies, processes, procedures, and reporting requirements is essential, preferably having played a role in defining them in SAP TRM/ TMS environment.
  • Understanding of treasury operations including commodities and financial products would be beneficial.
  • Candidates should have a solid grasp of concepts such as cash and liquidity management, in-house bank setup, Notional and Physical Cash pooling, borrowings management, investments management, Bank Communication Management within the SAP environment.
  • Brief to moderate knowledge of Spot and Derivative market operations for interest rates and foreign exchange products, including risk management (hedging strategies) and valuation aspects, is required.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with senior management personnel are necessary.
  • High levels of commitment to work are expected.
Responsibilities and Expectations
  • The candidate will configure the system based on blueprinting documents.
  • The candidate must support assignments/ engagements involving techno-functional assistance for international corporate organizations in their TMS/ SAP TRM and Risk Management implementation.
  • Treasury and Risk Management implementations, including setting up treasury functions, are key responsibilities.
  • The candidate will take-up business development initiatives and create proposals, responses to RFPs, thought leaderships, etc.
  • The candidate must possess strong communication skills and confidence to interact independently with CXO level.
  • Coaching junior team members to ensure excellent client delivery while enabling their career development is an important aspect.

The position is based out of Mumbai, and the candidate must be open to travel domestic as well as internationally.
