Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

Overview:

The Financial Operations Manager will oversee financial operations across multiple international offices, ensuring accuracy of financial reporting and adherence to global regulatory requirements.

This role involves coordinating with external auditors to support audit requirements and collaborating with tax advisors to ensure compliance with global tax laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting & Compliance:
    • Support the preparation and accuracy of financial statements in compliance with local GAAP, IFRS, and other applicable standards.
    • Assist with timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting:
    • Participate in the global budgeting process and assist in consolidating financial data across regions.
  • Cash Management & Treasury:
    • Assist in managing global cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity.
  • Process Improvement & Systems Management:
    • Identify and support improvements in financial processes to drive global consistency and efficiency.

Requirements:

To be successful as a Financial Operations Manager, you should have a bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting field, 6-10 years of relevant finance or accounting experience, and strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and international taxation.

You should also have experience with multi-currency accounting and foreign exchange management, proficiency in ERP systems, and strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
