  • Lead and manage a team of meeting setters to drive high-quality meeting pipelines for sales teams.
  • Develop cold calling, lead qualification, and meeting setting strategies to improve conversion and appointment rates.
  • Monitor team KPIs (calls made, meetings booked, show-up rate, etc.) and ensure performance targets are met or exceeded.
  • Closely collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align outreach efforts and optimize campaign success.
