New Business Development ManagerWe are seeking a highly motivated, tenacious, and driven professional to spearhead new business development and drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial-minded individual with a proven ability to develop and close new accounts, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate qualified leads within target markets.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their organizational goals and challenges to provide effective solutions.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations that articulate the value proposition of our products/services to key decision-makers.
- Track and manage sales activities using the company's CRM system.
- Stay informed on industry trends, new products, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Required Skills:
- Education: B.Tech & MBA (preferred)
- Experience: Min 8-15+ years
- Behavioural Skills: Confident, CXO conversationalist, Go-getter Attitude, Ability to take risk, Collaborative

Key Outcomes:
- Primarily hunt new logos in India Enterprise space – Manufacturing, BFSI, Retail CPG, Telecom etc.
- Identify business opportunities, maintain a steady pipeline, and meet assigned quarterly and annual targets.
- Sell Solution by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
- Work closely with presales, competency, and solutions teams to understand and propose various solutions and services.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with OEM partners and local partners.
- Achieve assigned targets on Revenue, EBITDA & Debtor days.
