About the Role

We are scaling our platform to onboard vocationally trained candidates. We need a driven Manager to own outreach, build partnerships, run mass-onboarding drives, and convert students into active users and placed candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with vocational institutes, Training Officers, Principals, and other partners.
  • Plan and execute mobilisation campaigns — campus drives, marshaling camps, job-fairs, bootcamps, e-onboarding sessions and placement workshops.
  • Own end-to-end candidate funnel from outreach → registration → screening → skill-tagging → digital onboarding → placement handover.
  • Coordinate logistics for on-site drives (scheduling, venue co-ordination, equipment, teams) and manage third-party agencies when required.
  • Conduct pre-screening, basic assessments, documentation verification and ensure quality of candidate data captured.
  • Work closely with recruitment/delivery teams to ensure smooth handover, follow-up for joining, and to improve conversion.
  • Drive candidate engagement: orientation sessions, employability workshops (attendance, punctuality, documentation), and communication via calls/SMS/WhatsApp.
  • Develop and maintain an MIS/dashboard to track outreach, registrations, conversions, placement outcomes and institute-level metrics.
  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements with institutes and training organisations.
  • Represent us at local events, government skilling centres, and build referral channels.
  • Train and manage field teams, set targets, run incentive schemes and ensure SLA adherence.
