Senior HR Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to join our leadership team. In this key role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our workforce, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Our organization is a leading provider of HVAC & Fire Fighting services in Jaipur, Rajasthan. As we continue to grow, we require a dynamic and results-driven Senior HR Manager to lead our HR strategy and ensure seamless execution across all functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and onboard new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles and providing excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems, including setting goals, conducting regular feedback sessions, and evaluating employee performance.
  • Manage payroll and benefits for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and external regulations.
  • Enhance employee relations and engagement by developing and implementing strategies to improve morale, motivation, and job satisfaction.
  • Design and deliver training programs for managers and employees, focusing on skill development, leadership, and cultural alignment.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and drive growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
  • 5+ years' experience in Human Resources, with a proven track record of success in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Strong recruiting skills, with the ability to attract top talent and improve talent acquisition strategies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in training and development, with the ability to design and deliver engaging training programs.
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and good judgment, with the ability to make informed decisions that support business objectives.
