We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Director to join our team at Optimal Virtual Employee. This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven sales professional with expertise in the toy industry.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will lead our sales strategy, develop and implement plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion within the toy industry. With over 30+ locations across Pan India and an online presence, we require a dynamic leader who can manage and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, including retailers, distributors, and other industry stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5-6 years of experience in sales, specifically within the toy industry or related fields.
- A proven track record of establishing and maintaining partnerships, developing sales strategies, and achieving targets within a competitive market.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in using CRM and sales tracking tools.
We offer a highly competitive salary package, including salary, incentives, and ESOPs, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000.
