Property Acquisition Role

We seek a skilled Property Acquisition Specialist to identify and acquire suitable commercial retail properties for opening new stores in their region.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property searches, coordinating with partners like property developers, landlords, project consultants, and property brokers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retail property search management and coordination with key stakeholders.
  • Location analysis of new store locations and negotiation, acquisition, and finalization of new properties.
  • Negotiation of final rentals, landlord scope of works, etc.
  • Liaison with legal due diligence and paperwork involved in signing and acquiring.
  • Coordination with various departments internally until store launch.
  • Development and maintenance of a pipeline of growth opportunities, both organic growth and acquisitions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate laws and regulations.
  • Experience in property acquisition and development.
