Job Title: Senior Bid Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Bid Manager to join our team. As a Senior Bid Manager, you will be responsible for leading the bid process from start to finish, ensuring that all bids are submitted on time and meet the client's requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a clear win strategy for each bid and ensure differentiators, discriminators, and price points are clear and compelling.
  • Identify and articulate bid response expectations to the bid team.
  • Develop compelling win themes that differentiate the proposal, emphasizing strengths, past successes, and alignment with the client's goals.
  • Create a timeline, assign roles, and ensure all team members meet deadlines, keeping the process organized and efficient.
  • Engage and collaborate with cross-functional bid teams, assigning tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met. Resolve conflicts and maintain momentum throughout the process.
  • Contribute to solutioning and commercial discussions where possible.
  • Oversee the development of compelling bid proposals, ensuring clarity and persuasiveness.
  • Ensure bids adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Organize reviews to refine the proposal, ensuring clarity, consistency, and a compelling final product.
  • Follow up with clients after bid submission, address any questions, and manage the transition to contract execution if successful.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years' experience in proposal management in B2B Sales.
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in Creative Production and Retail Activation industry.
