IT Proposal Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee and create winning bids for U.S. federal government contracts, specifically IT-focused projects such as software development, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity implementations.

  • Lead the development of proposals for federal RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and task orders for IT projects, ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements.
  • Collaborate with IT stakeholders to gather requirements, develop compelling proposal sections, and win strategic business opportunities.
  • Manage proposal schedules and deliverables using project management tools, ensuring timely submissions and meeting client expectations.
  • Develop, edit, and review proposal content for IT solutions, ensuring clarity, persuasiveness, and a high level of quality.
  • Maintain proposal reviews and ensure compliance with federal procurement processes and IT compliance standards.

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of federal procurement processes, IT compliance standards, and effective proposal management techniques.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in proposal management/writing in U.S. federal bidding for IT projects.
  • Expertise in federal procurement processes, IT compliance standards, and project management tools.

The successful candidate will be proficient in various tools including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat Pro, SharePoint, Google Workspace, and project management software.
