Job Title: Chief Fund Acquisition Officer

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our fundraising efforts and contribute to the growth of our real estate investment projects in India.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate fund management and a proven track record in capital raising. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing effective fundraising strategies to secure capital for our real estate projects.
  2. BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS with investors, industry partners, and stakeholders to identify new opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships.
  3. Conducting thorough market research and analyzing industry trends to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  4. CREATING PROPOSALS AND PRESENTATIONS that effectively communicate the value proposition of our real estate investment projects to potential investors.
  5. Negotiating and closing deals to secure funding for our projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving our fundraising strategy forward, identifying new revenue streams, and expanding our network of investor partners.
