Project Manager

A key aspect of this role is to serve as the primary liaison between our clients and internal technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive conversations with clients, prioritise tasks for teams and identify areas for improvement in ongoing solutions.
  • Translate client needs into actionable plans for technical teams.
  • Proactively identify risks and resolve blockers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prioritise and assign tasks, ensuring team alignment and accountability.
  • Review solution designs and suggest optimizations based on industry best practices.
  • Maintain project documentation, status updates and reporting dashboards.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analysing feedback, metrics and team retrospectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of program or project management experience in tech consulting or product teams.
  • Experience in Data Analytics, AI/ML and CRM platforms.
  • Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and contribute to solution discussions.
  • Exceptional prioritisation, time management and team coordination capabilities.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools or product management is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's or PhD in Project Management, Business or related field preferred.
