This role oversees daily administrative operations, ensuring efficient support across departments. Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and maintaining office policies, procedures, and standard operating systems.
  • Supervising administrative staff to ensure effective performance.
  • Ensuring safety compliance and discipline within the premises.
  • Handling logistics, procurement of office supplies, and asset management.

This position also involves coordinating internal events, meetings, and employee onboarding logistics. Ensuring statutory compliance with labour laws, health and safety regulations, and local authority requirements is crucial.

To excel in this role, you will need:

Qualifications and Skills
  • A graduate degree in any discipline.
  • Additional certification in administration or facility management is an advantage.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative functions.
  • Preference for retired military or paramilitary personnel.
  • Proven leadership, discipline, and people management skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Sound knowledge of general administration, security protocol, and asset control.
  • Mandatory knowledge of Malayalam language.
