About This Role

This position is responsible for leading the development of proposal responses, ensuring timely and accurate submissions that showcase our organization's capabilities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive proposal responses that meet client requirements.
  • Leverage technical, financial, and operational expertise to craft persuasive proposals that drive business growth.
  • Develop all proposal response materials, including proposal outlines, compliance matrices, proposal management plans, writing templates and plans, and desktop publishing of the final response.
  • Foster strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to gather and incorporate critical information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proposal Development: Lead the end-to-end proposal development process, from initial RFP/RFQ/RFI review to final submission.
  • Proposal Writing: Write, edit, proof, organize, format, and produce proposals to enhance business development.
