This position supports executives in delivering exceptional customer service and fostering client retention.

The primary goal is to provide seamless support to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements; coordinate with carriers to update policies and ensure compliant records.
  • Advise on financing options, issue invoices, monitor payments, and resolve discrepancies with finance teams.
  • Address inquiries on policies, coverage, and payments; manage renewals and resolve issues to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Produce reports on renewals, claims, and payments; maintain CRM databases and deliver insights for retention strategies.
  • Partner with internal teams (e.g., Client Executives, Pre-Sales Analysts) and external entities (insurers, underwriters) for efficient service delivery.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or related field.
  • 1-3 years' experience in insurance customer service, underwriting support, or policy servicing.
  • Knowledge of insurance policies, endorsements, premium financing, carrier portals, invoicing tools, and CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Insurance certification (e.g., CIP, AINS).
  • Experience in trucking or commercial insurance.
