Job Title: Field Sales Executive / Health Insurance Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

1. Health insurance policies ka sales karna (door-to-door ya appointments ke through).

2. Lead geneIation aur follow-ups (clients se baat karna, unki needs samajhna).

3. Clients ko educate karna company ke products, benefits, aur policies ke baare mein.

4. Documentation ka kaam (policy forms fill karwana, KYC documents lena).

5. Daily reporting manager ko (field visit ka summary dena).

6. Market area visit regularly hospitals, clinics, or public areas mein awareness spread karna.

7. Target achieve karna monthly or quarterly sales goals.

8. Customer service provide karna policy purchase ke baad bhi (renewal reminders, claim process etc.).

Working Hours:

Mostly 9:30 AM 6:30 PM (lekin flexible hona padta hai, kabhi late tak bhi ho sakta hai depending on client meetings).

Field Work Involvement:

Yes, 7080% field work ho sakta hai. Har din alag jagah visit karna pad sakta hai individual clients, small businesses, hospitals, etc.

Eligibility / Skills:

Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred).

Good communication skills.

Sales ka experience ho to plus point.

Bike/scooter aur smartphone hona helpful hota hai.

Salary + Incentives:

Fixed salary (INR 12k25k depending on city and experience).

Plus attractive incentives on policy sales (monthly target achieve karne par bonuses).
