Job Title: Manager/Senior Manager – Human ResourcesLocation: IndoreJob Description:POSITION OVERVIEWThe HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic advisor to business leaders, providing guidance and support on a variety of people-related issues. The HRBP works closely with management to align HR practices with business goals, and to ensure that the organization has the right people in the right roles to achieve success.
Talent Acquisition is also one of the important responsibilities in this role. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESPartner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's business goals. Provide guidance on a variety of people-related issues, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits and employee relations.
Identify training needs and collaborate with the Learning and Development team to design and deliver relevant programs. Drive key engagement activities for employees to foster a positive and motivated work culture
Conduct employee surveys and focus groups to gather feedback on employee engagement and satisfaction. Develop and implement HR initiatives to improve employee performance, satisfaction, and retention. Manage HR projects and programs, and track their progress and results.
Interpret and communicate HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements to ensure compliance. Implement best practices in HR policies and procedures, tailoring them to meet specific business needs. Education & Experience requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on business partnering Preferable Master's degree in Human Resources Management. Preferred SkillsShould be well versed in ExcelAbility to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
