Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Indore. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Day-to-day tasks include recruiting and hiring staff, maintaining employee records, managing payroll and benefits, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

This role also involves providing guidance and support to employees, mediating conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.
