Position: HR Intern

Location: INDORE

Duration: 3 months

Type: Internship

About The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. The role is best suited for students or fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
  • Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
  • Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions, HR policies, and official letters.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and HR events.
  • Provide support in payroll, attendance, and leave management.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to process improvements.
  • Perform general administrative duties to support the HR department.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (ongoing or completed) in:
  • Human Resource Management
  • Business Administration / Management
  • MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Fresh graduates or students in their final year of study are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • A proactive, positive, and learning-oriented mindset.
