Job Title: Human Resources Strategic Leader

  • The Deputy General Manager of Human Resources will spearhead the HR function for Quality & Operations functions at our Indore site.">
">Key Responsibilities:
  1. ">
  2. Develop and implement human resources strategy and policy in support of business objectives.">
  3. Execute employee lifecycle processes, including manpower planning & budgeting, talent acquisition, administrative activities, corporate strategy and projects spanning across Talent Management and development, Learning and Development.">
  4. Provide strategic HR Business partnership to the Site Leadership team.">
  5. Assist in budgeting processes, review actual spends, identify opportunities for savings, and realize periodic savings.">
  6. Drive continual performance management and annual compensation reviews, training line managers, and enable business leaders to make decisions regarding promotions and compensation revisions.">
  7. Implement periodic talent management reviews, ensure development/retention plans are executed, create succession plans for critical roles, and understand talent priorities of the site.">
  8. Promote a culture of learning and high performance, identify training needs, prepare training calendars, and evaluate training efficacy.">
  9. Ensure HR legal compliances by monitoring and implementing applicable statutory laws, maintain records, and represent the organization at various associations related to Human Resources.">
  10. Maintain harmonious and productive industrial relations, keep track of productivity, identify scopes of cost savings, and ensure all statutory compliances are followed by manpower vendors.">
  11. Implement initiatives and carry out activities to impact key drivers of employee engagement and lead wellbeing initiatives at the site.">
  12. Supervise and review all HR operations pertaining to employee lifecycles with an objective of streamlining and bringing in more efficiency.">
  13. Develop next-line leaders and support special HR-related projects.">
">Educational Qualifications:

MBA HR / Masters in Human Resource Management

">Experience:

15+ years of experience handling HR functions, preferably in manufacturing setups.

  • Strong business acumen">
  • Excellent management skills with ability to influence management">
  • Excellent analytical ability">
