The position spearheads the Human Resources function for Quality & Operations at our manufacturing site. It provides strategic business partnership to the leadership team, driving initiatives that support business objectives.

  1. Develop and implement human resources strategy and policy in line with business needs.
  2. Manage harmonious industrial relations and ensure compliance with legal requirements across the site.
  3. Execute employee lifecycle processes, including manpower planning, talent acquisition, administrative activities, and corporate strategy projects.

Talent Acquisition and Onboarding

  • We are looking for a talented workforce to join our team. Identify manpower requirement based on business priorities and plan budget, hiring in accordance. Ensure best-in-class onboarding experience to new employees.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand their talent priorities and drive programs to address development needs.

Performance Management and Development

  • Drive continual performance management and annual compensation reviews for the site. Train line managers on goal setting and sharing performance feedback.
  • Implement periodic talent management reviews and succession plans for critical roles.

Learning and Development

  • Promote a culture of learning and high performance. Identify training needs and prepare a training calendar.
  • Work with corporate HR teams to implement various training programs for the site.

HR Compliance and Statutory Obligations

  • Ensure compliance with applicable statutory laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and represent the organization at relevant associations.

Labour Management and Employee Engagement

  • Maintain a harmonious and productive IR environment. Keep track of productivity and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Implement initiatives to impact key drivers of employee engagement and wellbeing.

Guiding Principles and Next Steps

  • We guide and coach our HR team members to take higher responsibility and develop next-generation leaders.
  • Sometimes we conceptualize and execute special HR-related projects to meet specific business needs.
