Job Title: Candidate Support and Outreach Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Candidate Support and Outreach Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing candidate communications, verifying documentation, and ensuring professionalism and empathy in all interactions.

The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, basic understanding of customer support and/or candidate management, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Your responsibilities will include addressing inquiries and resolving issues via email or chat, reviewing documents for completeness and accuracy, educating candidates on the documentation process, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the candidate experience.

You will also create and maintain support documentation, assist Candidate Success Managers with tasks, and handle level 1 escalations requiring a solid understanding of our documentation and candidate support processes.

  • Be a candidate champion, providing guidance and support to ensure candidates understand requirements.
  • Document candidate interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in the candidate experience.

This is a full-time internship opportunity with a 9-hour workday, including a 1-hour break, and a minimum duration of 9 months. The shift structure includes a 6-day workweek, night shifts, and weekend work, but overtime pay is provided according to company policy.
