Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Airblack. This role involves interacting with customers, providing support and resolving their queries in a timely and professional manner.

About the Role:

  • Lead Qualification: Actively engage with prospective students to generate leads by assessing and qualifying them based on their interest and fit for our courses.
  • Prospective Student Engagement: Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with prospective students by offering valuable information on course details, benefits, and career opportunities.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure seamless transition of qualified leads and smooth conversion into enrolled students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolves customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implements process improvements to enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 0.5–3 years of experience in customer service or pre-sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • English and Hindi language proficiency
