Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Support position located in Ghaziabad. The Customer Service Support specialist will handle day-to-day tasks including managing customer inquiries, providing technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication, and maintaining professional phone etiquette. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting issues and collaborating with team members to resolve customer concerns efficiently.

- Proficient in Customer Support and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Phone Etiquette
- Capable of providing effective Technical Support
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in a similar role or relevant industry is beneficial
