As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing efficient and consistent customer service to ensure excellent satisfaction levels and timely service delivery. Your main focus will be on meeting and exceeding service standards and agreements in alignment with the company's strategy. - Meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to enhance customer loyalty and retention - Ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints by identifying issues, selecting appropriate solutions, and following up to ensure satisfaction - Managing and addressing customer complaints, escalating unresolved issues when necessary - Delivering services and solutions according to client needs and objectives - Assisting with challenging client requests and escalating them for resolution The ideal candidate for this role should have 2-3 years of experience in a customer-centric role within an international BPO or call center. Strong team management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in English is a requirement, while knowledge of Arabic is considered a plus. Being a team player, highly motivated, and capable of working under pressure during peak periods is crucial. Additionally, the ability to review grant and contract documents for terms and conditions is advantageous. Experience: Minimum 1-3 years Qualification: Graduate,
