As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing efficient and consistent customer service to ensure excellent satisfaction levels and timely service delivery. Strong team management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in English is a requirement, while knowledge of Arabic is considered a plus. Being a team player, highly motivated, and capable of working under pressure during peak periods is crucial.
