We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer success department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About the Role- You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving concerns via chat, phone calls, and email communication.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to address customer inquiries and resolve concerns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, shipping, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- Assist customers with placing, tracking, modifying, or canceling orders, ensuring timely delivery.
- Gather customer feedback and report common issues to improve the customer experience and product offerings.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system, providing regular reports to management on common customer issues and trends.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding our products and services.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Identify and escalate potential issues to management for prompt resolution.
- Analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improvement initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Experience working with CRM systems and data analysis tools is an asset.
