We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of SAP SuccessFactors System Support Specialist. This position is ideal for an individual with expertise in providing daily operational support for Compensation Management, Employee Central, and Onboarding 2.0 modules.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing stability, accuracy, and efficiency of HR technology. They will also provide day-to-day system support to business users, resolving user issues, answering system queries, and troubleshooting data or configuration problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Support: Provide functional and technical support for SuccessFactors Compensation, Employee Central, and Onboarding 2.0 modules.
  • User Support: Resolve user issues, answer system queries, and troubleshoot data or configuration problems.
  • Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor workflows and maintain user access, ensuring compliance with data security protocols.
Compensation Management
  • Maintenance and Configuration: Maintain and configure compensation worksheets, templates, guidelines, budgets, and eligibility rules.
  • Annual and Off-Cycle Planning: Support annual and off-cycle compensation planning processes.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure accurate data flow between EC and Compensation; troubleshoot mapping or logic errors.
Employee Central (EC)
  • Lifecycle Configurations: Manage employee lifecycle configurations, business rules, event reasons, and workflow approvals.
  • Position Management: Support position management, foundation objects, and organizational structure updates.
  • Data Alignment: Ensure high data integrity and alignment across HR modules.
Onboarding 2.0
  • Configuration and Troubleshooting: Configure and troubleshoot Onboarding templates, forms, tasks, and pre-day 1 processes.
  • Onboarding Process: Resolve onboarding process failures, data mapping issues, and integration to EC.
Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Maintain and troubleshoot role-based permission groups and roles across modules.
  • User Access: Ensure users have appropriate access based on their roles and security policies.
  • RBP Audits: Support RBP audits, documentation, and periodic reviews to ensure compliance.
Integrations & Testing
  • Integration Monitoring: Monitor integrations between EC, Compensation, and Onboarding via SAP CPI or Boomi.
  • System Changes: Participate in testing for quarterly SAP releases, system changes, and enhancements.
  • Data Validation: Validate interface files, troubleshoot data flow issues, and coordinate with technical teams.
Documentation & Training
  • System Documentation: Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
  • User Training: Train HR users on worksheets, templates, onboarding workflows, and security access.

Qualifications:

  • SAP Certification: SAP Certified in SuccessFactors Compensation Management.
  • Experience: 4 years of hands-on experience in a system support or HRIS analyst role.
  • Knowledge: Working knowledge of: Compensation Worksheets and Templates, Employee Central, Onboarding 2.0, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), Strong understanding of HR data models, processes, and compensation planning.
