Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP B1 Techno-Functional Specialist to lead our technology initiatives and drive operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities
  • SAP B1 Implementation & Optimization: Oversee end-to-end SAP B1 deployments, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Techno-Functional Leadership: Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement & Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline processes within ERP, CRM, and other integrated systems.
  • System Integrations: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP B1 with external applications.
Ownership & Mentorship
  • Lead small teams or external vendors in project execution.
  • Provide guidance and knowledge-sharing sessions to junior team members.
Troubleshooting & Support
  • Oversee debugging and root-cause analysis for SAP B1 issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and training materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Educational Background: BTech/MTech, BCA/MCA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges.
  • Experience: 4–7 years of hands-on experience in SAP B1 techno-functional roles.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of SAP B1 modules and configurations.
  • Soft Skills: High Ownership & Hustle: Proactive and accountable, with a 'get-it-done' mindset.
