Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking highly skilled Technical Support Specialists to provide exceptional customer experiences with our products. As a key member of our support team, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and empathetic assistance.
  • Product Guidance: Offer guidance on product features, troubleshooting, and technical issues, ensuring seamless integration of our products with customers' systems.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues, utilizing expertise in Windows and M365 to deliver efficient solutions.
  • Account Management: Manage customer accounts, billing inquiries, and subscription management, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to share knowledge, best practices, and optimize customer support processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Windows and M365, as well as strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Continuous Learning: Commitment to ongoing learning and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements.
Prerequisites & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in technical support or customer service is essential.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft products and services is a plus.
