This exciting opportunity is for a skilled Remote Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. You will play a vital role in providing top-notch technical support to our clients, ensuring their digital challenges are resolved efficiently.

As a key member of our IT team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing round-the-clock technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
  • Monitoring and responding to incidents via ticketing system within SLA timelines
  • Performing remote troubleshooting, escalating unresolved issues, and supporting users across different time zones

You will be responsible for maintaining logs of shift activities and handover reports for continuity, collaborating with global IT teams for coordinated support, and providing technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

Troubleshooting hardware and software issues both onsite and remotely, installing, configuring, and upgrading operating systems and applications are also key responsibilities of this role. You will respond to user tickets and resolve issues related to Windows, Mac, or Linux environments, maintain logs of support requests, resolutions, and system updates, assist in setting up new systems and user accounts, and collaborate with IT teams to escalate unresolved issues.

This role involves ensuring timely updates and patches for systems and applications, training users on basic IT procedures and best practices, and maintaining inventory of IT assets and ensuring compliance with company policies.
